Return policy
When you receive a product that does not meet the requirements or is damaged, you can return the product within 14 days (10 working days). You will receive a new product or a refund. Any costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost and returning the product. 

We reserve the right to refuse returned products, for reasons such as incorrect packaging or invalid complaints. Opened items may not be returned. 

Not satisfied? Return are possible within 14 days in original packaging. The return shipping costs are paid by the customer. 

If you received the wrong item, send it unopened back to us. The shipping cost will be refunded to you.
