With the Robosen Transformers G1 Flagship Optimus Prime The Fallen Leader Edition, you can add a remarkable robot commemorating Optimus Prime’s final battle in the 1986 animated film The Transformers: The Movie to your collection. This exclusive 2026 release is officially licensed by Hasbro and celebrates the film’s 40th anniversary. Only 500 individually numbered pieces are available in Europe. The grey and black finish, featuring burn marks, scratches, bullet holes and other battle damage, recreates the iconic scene in which the leader of the Autobots falls.
Optimus Prime stands approximately 19.0 inches tall in robot mode and converts fully automatically into his classic G1 truck mode and back again. In vehicle mode, he measures approximately 14.1 by 8.1 by 6.7 inches. A system of 27 high-precision servo motors, 92 microchips and a 6-axis IMU provides fluid movement, stable conversion and a lifelike presence.
The robot responds to 49 voice commands and includes more than 200 original voice lines performed by Peter Cullen, the legendary voice of Optimus Prime. The Robosen app lets you make Optimus Prime walk, drive, convert and perform a variety of actions. It also provides access to Mini Theater content and five programming modes: voice, manual, simplified, block-based and web-based programming.
This Fallen Leader Edition comes in special commemorative packaging and includes the Matrix of Leadership, an exclusive weapon with an ash-grey finish, a collector’s coin and a memorial display that recreates the fallen pose from the movie. The European release is limited to 500 individually numbered pieces. This makes it both an advanced robotic collectible and a striking tribute for fans of Generation 1 and The Transformers: The Movie.

About The Fallen Leader
The Fallen Leader Edition is based on one of the most memorable scenes from The Transformers: The Movie. After his decisive battle with Megatron, Optimus Prime succumbs to his injuries and passes on the Matrix of Leadership. Robosen recreates this moment as an auto-converting robot with subdued colours, visible battle damage and a display that places the Autobot leader’s sacrifice at the heart of the presentation.
