Composition Play Boosterbox
A Booster Box contains 36 play boosters. Each play booster contains 15 Magic: The Gathering cards from Outlaws of Thunder Junction. The composition of a play booster is as follows:
- 1 to 5 rares or mythic rares.
- 5 to 8 commons.
- 3 to 6 uncommons.
- 1 basic land.
- Always one foil card.
- 1 art card, token or advertising card.
In a play booster, you always get at least one rare and one foil card. Furthermore, one in seven boosters contains a mythic rare instead of a rare! In one in eight boosters, you'll find a card from The List* or a Special Guest instead of a common. Play boosters also contain two wildcard slots, one foil, and one non-foil. Cards in the wildcard slot can be of any rarity, from common to mythic rare.
