With Transformers Missing Link C-12 Grimlock, Takara Tomy brings back the classic Dinobot leader from 1985. Grimlock has been completely redesigned for this release, combining the appearance and transformation of the original G1 toy with modern articulation. The figure stands approximately 5.7 inches tall in robot mode and converts from robot to a mechanical Tyrannosaurus rex, and back again of course.
Like the original toy, this Missing Link Grimlock contains several die-cast parts. The updated joints allow you to display him in a variety of dynamic poses in both robot mode and dinosaur mode. The colourful mechanical details that were represented by stickers on the original toy have been sculpted directly onto this version and carefully painted.
Grimlock comes with a silver-chrome sword inspired by his appearance during the Diaclone era. The packaging also includes a double laser blaster and a missile launcher with a removable missile. The missile cannot be fired, but it can be removed and reattached.
A small female human figure is also included. Open the cockpit on Grimlock’s back in dinosaur mode to place the figure inside. The heat-sensitive emblem on Grimlock reveals the Autobot logo when you warm it with your finger. An attachment point for a separately available display stand can also be found on the back of the figure.
The packaging features specially created artwork inspired by the original toy packaging from the 1980s. A collector card and the original Japanese-language instructions are also included.

About Transformers Grimlock
Grimlock is the leader and most powerful member of the Dinobots. He fights alongside the Autobots, but does not like being told what to do. His immense strength, stubborn personality and mechanical Tyrannosaurus rex mode make him one of the most dangerous warriors in the Autobot ranks.
Grimlock first appeared in 1985 as part of the original group of five Dinobots. His classic toy design forms the basis for this Missing Link version. View all our Transformers Grimlock figures.
